St Albans District Next Local Plan 2029 – Scoping Stage – Sept 2026

St Albans City & District Council is commencing preparation of a new Local Plan. The Government has put into place a new process and timetable for local planning authorities, and this first consultation is a generalised Scoping Stage. No specific sites are proposed.
