Speculative application for development of 183 dwellings and associated community facilities in the Green Belt.

The proposed development site is not allocated for development in the recently-adopted St Albans City and District Local Plan. The site is situated on undeveloped land within the Green Belt, and the application argues this is ‘grey belt’ which we refute. We also believe this is an unsustainable location due to the distance from facilities and services and limited public transportation.
