The site is within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Green Belt. The application is not accompanied by either a Planning Statement nor any discussion of the very special circumstances that are needed to justify development in such a sensitive location.

We urge the Council to request further information to enable an appropriate level of assessment.
