Material change of use to a residential caravan site, for occupation by Gypsies/Travellers, comprising the siting of 2 static caravans and associated hardstanding

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt, and part of the site is identified as Ancient Woodland. There is no planning statement with the application and thus no justification nor identification of very special circumstances in support of the proposal. We believe that any development would be seriously damaging to the quality of the Green Belt in this location, and we urge the Council to refuse permission.
