This application is for change of use of land from agricultural to residential. CPRE Hertfordshire supports Aldbury Parish Council in calling for the rejection of this application as an entirely inappropriate approach in such a sensitive area.

As the Parish Council notes, there is no justification offered for this change of use which runs counter to the protections offered by designation of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
