Outline application (access sought) – Demolition of existing house and stables and the construction of up to 150 dwellings including affordable and custom-build dwellings together with all ancillary works.

The proposed development site lies within the London Metropolitan Green Belt. It is clear that this application should be determined in accordance with established policy which ensures the protection of the Green Belt in such a sensitive location. CPRE Hertfordshire urges the Council to refuse this wholly inappropriate and speculative application.
