We express concern that a change of use from agriculture, especially in designated protected areas such as the Green Belt and the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, may jeopardise the landscape character and the open nature of the countryside, particularly if the proposed development may also include car-parking areas, buildings and other facilities. We request that, if the Council is minded to grant permission that it be temporary, so that the land reverts to agricultural use.
