The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. The application argues that the site is ‘grey belt’ as justification for the proposal, but we refute this assertion. This application is not supported through the Local Plan process (which is in the final stages of examination) and we urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
