Construction of data centre of up to 84,000 square metres across two buildings, including ancillary offices, internal plant and equipment, emergency backup generators, fuel storage, a training centre of up to 300 square metres, internal roads and footpaths, cycle and car parking, perimeter security fencing, lighting, and other associated works and infrastructure.

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt, and we believe the applicant has not demonstrated the very special circumstances required to justify this inappropriate development in the Green Belt. We urge the Council to refuse this application.
