The site for this proposed development is designated as Rural Area Beyond the Green Belt in the adopted East Herts District Plan. We believe that the development would have a significant detrimental impact on the rural character of the area and would comprise urbanisation of presently open land. Accordingly we request the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate development.
