The circa 12 hectare site is in the Green Belt. The proposed development of hundreds of containers and structures up to 6.5 metres in height will have a major impact on the landscape and rural character of the area, and on Public Rights of Way and nearby heritage assets. We request the Council refuse permission for this highly inappropriate development.
