This site is in the Green Belt and is partly open land and partly occupied by multiple low grade uses. National Planning Policy Framework paragraph 145 seeks the enhancement as well as protection of the Green Belt and this is clearly a site where the local planning authority should seek improvement rather than development. We urge the Council to refuse permission.
