Outline planning application (including details of access) for up to 200 dwellings to include affordable housing (Use Class C3), public open space and associated infrastructure (with matters relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved)

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. The application argues the site is ‘grey belt’, which we entirely refute. The proposed development is clearly urban sprawl beyond the built-up area, which the Green Belt legislation was designed to prevent, and we urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
