Outline application for residential development of 25 dwellings and open space with all matters reserved except access

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt and is not allocated for development in the Local Plan. The application asserts the site is ‘grey belt’ but we oppose this interpretation of ‘grey belt’, particularly as relates to sprawl and the coalescence of Knebworth and Woolmer Green. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
