North Herts Local Plan – proposed modifications February 2019

We have submitted our comments on proposed modifications to the emerging North Herts Local Plan.  In particular, we object to the inclusion of a new poliicy that would designate five rural villages as ‘growth areas’.  This was not included in the Submitted Plan or any earlier draft of the Plan or background paper, and has not been the subject of adequate consultation with the parties that are likely to be affected.
