Permission in Principle – Erection of three detached dwellings

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt, and the planning application notes the recent revision of the NPPF and the introduction of the concept of grey belt as the sole justification for the development proposal. We entirely refute that the site constitutes ‘grey belt’ and we urge the Council to refuse permission for this highly inappropriate speculative development.
