• Development to provide retirement living accommodation comprising 43 apartments and 10 bungalows

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt and a previous application in 2011 was refused permission mainly because of this, a decision which we endorse. In addition the proposal fails to provide for Biodiversity Net Gain, a serious omission. We urge the Council to once again refuse permission.
