The site for this proposed development is in the Green Belt, and there is little attempt to indicate the very special circumstances which would be needed to justify the development. We also support the Council’s previous decision refusing permission, and the subsequent dismissal of the appeal, for a smaller number of units on this site. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
