We object to this planning application, as the site lies within the designated Rural Area Beyond the Green Belt (RABGB), as defined in Policy SP5 ‘Countryside and Green Belt’ of the adopted North Herts Local Plan. We believe it is important to retain the protections afforded to countryside designations such as RABGB.
