Proposals for two substantial residential developments in the Green Belt, totalling 721 dwellings.
The Council refused permission for these two applications, and the applicants appealed to the Planning Inspectorate. A Planning Inspector will conduct an appeal Inquiry for which CPRE Hertfordshire is an Interested Party.
