Application no. 5/2023/1071   –   Outline application for residential development of vacant land to provide affordable dwellings

The site is in the Green Belt. The application is a resubmission following refusal of earlier application no. 5/2021/3033, which was subsequently dismissed at appeal, and to which CPRE Hertfordshire made representations opposing the proposed development. Our objection remains, and we urge the Council to refuse permission on the same grounds as previously.
