• Retrospective application for installation of a model railway track, a bridge, and two shipping containers

The site lies within the Green Belt, and CPRE Hertfordshire has objected to previous development proposals on this site which have been refused permission by the Council. The intensity of use on the site has recently increased and we believe the containers and the car parking presently on the site constitute inappropriate development, causing harm to the openness and character of the countryside in this location. We urge the Council to refuse permission.
