Planning application no. 6/2025/2131/OUTLINE

Erection of a residential development of up to 35 dwellings, with all matters reserved for subsequent approval except for a new vehicular access from Northaw Road East.

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. The application cites the recent introduction of ‘grey belt’ in the National Planning Policy Framework as justification for this development. We entirely refute that this site constitutes ‘grey belt’ under the present legal definitions, and we urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
