Outline application for up to 155 residential dwellings and ancillary works on land in the Green Belt

The proposal is for inappropriate development of a type that Green Belt legislation was designed to prevent. The development proposal is contrary to planning policy and repeated, recent Government statements with regard to protecting the Green Belt. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this speculative development.
