The site is within the Green Belt and the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The application makes reference to the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan but the site is located within Dacorum Borough in Hertfordshire. The proposal conflicts with the purposes of the Green Belt and the statutory protections of the AONB and we urge the Council to refuse permission.
