CPRE Hertfordshire object to the above proposal for inappropriate development in the Green
Belt contrary to the National Planning Policy Framework and the saved policies in the current
Watford Local Plan.

This application is a resubmission of application 19/01038/FUL which was refused by the
Council in November 2019, with minor modifications to the design of the proposed dwelling.
The fundamental point of inappropriateness in the Green Belt is not addressed.
