We express our concern about landscape impact in the Green Belt from piecemeal and uncoordinated agricultural developments on small ‘plotlands’ sites such as this. We support the Council’s efforts including Article 4 direction, and we offer our assistance to the Council in providing positive solutions for designated protected land.
