The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. It is also the same site for which a similar development proposal was refused permission by the Council and subsequently dismissed at appeal by the Planning Inspectorate. We believe there has been no change in circumstances which would warrant reconsideration, and we urge the Council to once again refuse permission.
