This is a circular walk of just over 5 miles starting in the village of Sarratt in Three Rivers District.

The route explores the peaceful valley of the River Chess and takes in watercress beds, a nature reserve and a historic manor house.

Most of the walk lies within the Chilterns National Landscape.
