Whitwell and St Paul’s Walden

A circular walk of approximately four miles. This walk begins and ends at the recreation ground car park on Bradway, just off Horn Hill, the B651.

There are attractive timber-framed Georgian buildings in Whitwell High Street. The route passes through quiet farmland and ancient woodland, with views of The Bury, a childhood home of the late Queen Mother.
