The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. It is also in close proximity to the the Hill Mead Nature Park which forms a highly valued and significant local amenity. As justification for the development the application asserts that the site is ‘grey belt’, which we entirely refute. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
