Erection of 100 new residential dwellings, and a provision of associated infrastructure including access roads, car parking, public open space and landscaping.

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt. The application argues that the site is ‘grey belt’, an assertion that we entirely refute. The proposed development is clearly urban sprawl beyond the built-up area of Goffs Oak which the Green Belt legislation was designed to prevent. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
