Demolition of existing structures and erection of up to 44 new homes with associated access, parking, open space, landscaping and ancillary works.

The proposed development site is in the Green Belt and is not supported for development in the emerging Local Plan nor in the recent Three Rivers Green Belt review. The application argues the site is ‘grey belt’, which we entirely refute. We urge the Council to refuse permission for this inappropriate speculative development.
