Change of use of land to equestrian and erection of stables and covered menage (sic)

CPRE Hertfordshire objected previously to an application for the same site 24/02343/FP), noting the highly inappropriate
nature of the proposed development on Green Belt land. We support the Council’s refusal of that application and note that the decision was
appealed and that the appeal decision is pending. It is reasonable to await that result before any further consideration of additional development on the site.
In any case, the information submitted for the present application is entirely inadequate, and we urge the Council to refuse this application.
