This is a speculative planning application for a large-scale development of up to 350 residential dwellings and community facilities on a site within the Green Belt. The proposed development is not supported through the Local Plan process and comprises an unacceptable use of Green Belt in an area where open space is at a premium. We urge the Council to refuse permission.
