Formation of a new Winery

We object to this application for several reasons. The site of the proposed development is within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and in the Rural Area in Policy CS7 of the adopted Dacorum Core Strategy. The Policy states that only small-scale development will be permitted, but we note that the proposed development appears to amount to greater floorspace than that in a previous application that was refused.
