Our representations

St Albans City and District (SACD) Council adopted its present District Local Plan in 1994.  The Council conducted a pubic consultation on its new, proposed Local Plan in 2018.  In response to that consultation we made a number of representations advocating for protection of the Green Belt and expressing our concerns about the large ‘Hemel Garden Communities’ proposal affecting both SACD and Dacorum.  You can read our representations here.
