North Herts Local Plan 2011 – 2031

The current North Hertfordshire District Local Plan was adopted in November 2022 and covers the period from 2011 through 2031. The Plan sets out how and where new homes, jobs and infrastructure will be delivered in the district which includes the main towns of Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock and Royston, and villages such as Knebworth, Codicote, Offley and Weston. The Plan provides for 11,600 new homes, and new and expanded employment sites.
