This 4.7 mile circular walk was devised by CPRE Herts' former Chairman David Irving and test walked by Trustee Eliza Hermann. The walk starts and finishes at the Red Lion public house in Breachwood Green in North Hertfordshire.

Smaller farms heading towards a cliff edge

Campaigners call for farming funding that will stem loss of smaller farms and the diversity they provide


This is a circular walk of just over 5½ miles devised for us by Elizabeth Hamilton (shorter route available).

This walk explores quiet countryside to the east of the village of Walkern with an optional short diversion to visit Ardeley, and was devised by David Irving and walked by Elizabeth Hamilton.
