Our raffle is free to enter however if you are able to make a small donation (minimum £5) when entering to support our work in protecting Hertfordshire’s countryside and the environment, we would really appreciate it!

How entering the Online Raffle can help the countryside

In the past year, thanks to your support we have submitted comments against 60 of the most damaging and inappropriate proposals on greenfield sites in the Hertfordshire countryside, with a total site gross area of 665 hectares (1,642 football fields!)

We have also participated in 8 planning appeal Inquiries in support of over a dozen local community groups, residents’ associations, rural parish councils and campaign groups, helping to defend the local countryside from unwanted development.

Our successes

We fund our work entirely from memberships, donations, and other fundraising, so every donation no matter how small makes a real difference to our ability to continue to campaign for the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and ensure it is there for everyone, now and in the future.

Terms and conditions apply. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter. Suggested minimum donation of £5 per entry. All entries must be received by midnight on Thursday 31st October. Employees of CPRE Hertfordshire are not eligible to enter. Winners will be notified by email or phone within two weeks of the draw date. Winners’ names will remain confidential and will not be used for promotional purposes. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Any prize that is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by CPRE Hertfordshire to contact the winner will be disposed of at CPRE Hertfordshire’s discretion. CPRE Hertfordshire is not responsible for covering travel expenses to or from any of the prize venues.
