CPRE raises concerns about St Albans Local Plan Consulation
CPRE Hertfordshire has written to Amanda Foley, CEO at St Albans City and District Council about their latest local plan consultation. This is because in CPRE’s view, the consultation document could be misleading because it claims that the Government has told the Council to build more than 900 homes a year for the period 2020-2036
