NORTH HERTS VILLAGES UNDER THREAT

Do you want to see Lilley Bottom (pictured here on our Yearbook 2007 cover) swallowed up in a development of 3-4,000 homes on Green Belt land East of Luton? Villages under threat include N. Herts villages, Cockernhoe and Mangrove Green. Read our Press Release below to find out how you can make your views known.

What's Your vision for the future of the Hertfordshire countryside of 2026? Our first workshop meeting last November wanted to see: People of all ages to be actively engaged; the Green Belt to be valued and appreciated by all; affordable housing to meet local needs; a living, working countryside, accessible to all; the democratic deficit in planning reduced. Read all about it in our press release below. Come along to our final workshop meeting in Wheathampstead on July 3 in the evening and help us realise our vision. Join the debate.
