DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE LATEST 'LANDBANKING' SCAM: 'Landbanking' has recently reared its ugly head again in the form of aggressive telephone salesmanship. March 2011: feature on  BBC News.

The Financial Services Authority are now encouraging anybody who has been approached by a 'landbanking' company offering plots for sale to contact them on this number:
0845 606 1234.

January 2012: FSA secures interim injunctions and freezing orders to protect consumers from unauthorised landbanking firms
